Stone Ground Unbolted

We grind our meal in an old fashion grist mill, using granite stones. The stones come out of the mountains of North Carolina. The infrastructure of the mill is just as it was 100 years ago. Although we not longer use water power.

We raise the corn on our farm. We do not grind generically altered corn for our meal. We consider our cornmeal to be a medium fine grind. We also do custom grinding for Coarse and Extra Coarse. You can also bring your own corn for grinding.
